Describe What You Do

We run a multi-faceted catering business that covers supper clubs, private chef services, outside catering, corporate catering, street food, market operations, bakery (B2B and B2C) and a fine dining restaurant. I’m also the UK’s only singing chef! I also sit on the executive of the Worthing & Adur Chamber of Commerce and Time for Worthing. The business has a number of charity partners including Guild Care, Turning Tides, St Barnabas House Hospice and Care For Veterans. We also have our own CIC that runs not-for-profit street food and community events.

Why Have You Signed up to Be a Sand Mentor?

Working in the catering and hospitality sector, I feel that I can bring my experiences and lessons learned to help the students at Sand, as well as giving back to my local community.

What Is Your Business/Work Ethos?

Our business is all about the customer experience, not making massive profits. We seek to help and employ people that may get overlooked by other businesses. We work hard to share our passion for food & drink with others – so that’s long hours, but it’s worth it. We are environmentally conscious and so source locally wherever we can and aim to minimise food wastage. I’m keen to promote learning of basic cooking skills – skills both for life and for enjoyment.
