The SAND Project offers a range of pathway options based on the career interests of our trainees.

Our team of skilled pathway facilitators teach the knowledge and skills the trainees need to become confident and competent in an ever-growing range of vocations. Woven into the curriculum are opportunities to learn work skills: positivity, creative problem solving, communication, leadership and teamwork.
